so this is my first time playing records outside of forans. ;) not to get all sappy about it, but the dluv board really brought me out of my shell living here and helped me find events going on around town that i would have otherwise had no clue about at all, and i made a lot of good friends in the process. in the 4 or so years i've been kicking around dluv cyberspace, i feel pretty darned special to have been asked to play some stuff. so come out, support, give your $5 to help pay for their bandwidth (hence the name) and throw rotten fruit at me if you must for my stellar mixing skills. but hit me and not my records. ha! ;) i promise it'll be a good time.

go on an adventure, come before city club if you must go there. :P if you live in the burbs, detroit isn't that far! i'll be doing my thing from 12-1:30am. somehow i'll be stringing together primarily super indulgent electro synthpop (think anthony rother NOT vnv nation/gothtrance) with some breakcore, industrial, 80's, nerdy dorky artfagish stuff, and german minimal techno. (how the hell i'm going to accomplish those transitions i have no idea, but we'll figure something out. ;) and everyone else playing is REALLY awesome. hope to see you.. xox
