SASS tonight at OSLO!
Speaking of OSLO, last night we had a wonderful dinner there - not a rush before a show, just a simple leisurely dinner, and it was amazing. I know I probably throw that word around a little too much, but this had to be in the top five sushi experiences ever - and anyone who knows me, knows I eat a metric ton of the stuff. This was something special. Their quality is back to 100% spot-on. The chutoro sushi and the seared marlin sushi as well as the mackerel sashimi were absolutely to die for, as prepared by Kaku. The sake was beautifully smooth and fragrant. It is nice to be able to gush about a restaurant in your hometown.
