Cyberoptix Tie Lab

I'd like to welcome my new intern, Maria Svidler to the studio family - she just graduated from Cranbrook Schools and will be attending the University of Michigan in the Fall, majoring in costume design. Things are about to get very busy around the studio! We'll be doing lots of screen printing, making ties stitching, and general studio fun and mayhem (fun and mayhem is my new euphamism for washing out screens...)

And onto a different sort of fun and mayhem, I just bought the hottest shoes evar on the way back to work. SO hot I can't even find a picture of them on the internets, and so hot (and frighteningly pointy and strappy and shiney and black and tall and potentially uncomfortable as all hell I doubt they'll ever be able to be worn out of the house...which isn't necessarily such a bad thing...)
