I'm honored to have done a tattoo design for fellow local designer extraordinare, Miss Sarah Vidosh, it is a motif that has been featured on a lot of my recent work - I'm hesitant to say actual logo, but its certainly up there in importance.



This was the inspiration for her choosing the design. The tie is stenciled rubber on black silk, and the jacket is also embellished with senciled rubber and overstitched to enhance the contast of the dark design on dark fabric. The design comes from simplifed and recombined 17th century woodcuts of a phoenix, ethnic crest and heraldic ornaments. The skull is derived from the Order of Skull and Bones weekly meeting announcement.
