DJs living rooms - text in German, but still visually entertaining. (The text below is even more entertaining, down to the Ikea critiquing.)

Photos from last night forthcoming as soon as I can coax my ass off the coach to go (hopefully) fetch my camera from Oslo. Last night was amazing, thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated our one year anniversary party at there! The sound was so crisp, perfect and phenominal - I feel honored to know the inner workings of it now. I'm seriously weepy-eyed that we have somewhere to host parties where the sound is so well maintained and the sushi is truly world-class, not just a jewel of Detroit. We couldn't have had more professional talent to bring in, Lowfish seriously brought it.

Rarely do I indulge in such hyperbole but there was something special about last night, everthing went smoothly, perfectly, un-rushed and just plain spot-on. I don't think we've ever had so much fun doing an event, when coordinating things it seems inevitably stressful, but last night was just beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better way to mark one year of doing things.

Maybe it was partly because my old pal Otto Von Schirach showed up and ended up rocking out to my new track like no one else's business... hehe. ;) There were so many things...so many great conversations, and we were even all in bed before the sun came up.

Thank you.

Come see Otto, Jimmy, Kero and more tonight at Fi-Nite Gallery (near old Tiger Stadium) - a benefit for the family of Beau Gagnier. There will also be more hijinks at Oslo. Too lazy to make links, you know where they are.
