winter music

A definite perk to my job is having access to the music libraries of about 170 graduate art students. There are quite a few like-minded souls with far more organized music collections than I; every day coming in I really look forward to hearing new music or discovering things I've long since forgotten about.

Today has been all about rediscovering 1992, where it seems a lot of my musical tastes have been leaning towards lately. I've had a few Pale Saints songs on repeat for about an hour now, all that fuzzy, washy 4AD sound makes me want to curl up under a huge feather blanket even more than I did earlier! (And boy did they ever have some nice graphic design.) I know I used to play Hair Shoes on my old radio show all the time, I must have been the official BU coma-inducing dj.
